Transportation infrastructure investment hits TRY 767.5bn in 17 years
Turkish State Railways (TCDD) indicated that more than TRY 767.5 bn was invested in transportation infrastructure in Turkey during the last 17 years.

TEHRAN UIC RAME: More than TRY 767.50bn (EUR 108.49bn USD 125.13bn) was invested by Turkey in transportation infrastructure during the past 17 years, according to Cahit Turhan, the Turkish Minister for Transport and Infrastructure. He has said that the government plans to continue railway project investments according to Turkey's 2023 centennial objectives. Following completion of a new line running for 5,509km, Turkey's total railway length will be 17,525km.
